Lost your license key?
Enter the email you bought with and every key on it gets re-sent.
Replaced a TV? Reset your device slots.
A license covers 5 devices. If a stick was reset or replaced and you’re seeing “Device limit reached”, release the slots here.
Manage or cancel a yearly plan
Reply to your license email (or write support@kimberplay.com) and it’s done same-day. Canceling keeps Plus working until the end of the term you paid for.
Refunds are simple too — see the refund policy.
KimberPlay is player software only. Plans never include channels, playlists, or any television content.
