Refund policy

The Free tier exists so you can find out whether KimberPlay is for you before paying anything. If you pay anyway and it isn’t — here’s the deal.

14 days, no interrogation

Any KimberPlay Plus purchase — yearly or lifetime — can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Reply to your license email or write support@kimberplay.comfrom your purchase address and say “refund.” That’s the whole process.

What happens after a refund

The license key stops verifying, and your devices return to the Free tier.
Nothing on your TV is deleted — playlists, history, and settings all stay.

Canceling a yearly plan

Canceling is not a refund request and needs no justification either — cancel any time at kimberplay.com/billingand Plus keeps working until the end of the term you already paid for. It just doesn’t renew.

A note on chargebacks

Please ask us first — a refund takes one email and lands faster than a dispute. A chargeback filed without contacting us suspends the license automatically while the dispute is open.
