Terms of Use

Version 1 · effective 2026-08-21

Written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask: support@kimberplay.com.

1. What KimberPlay is — and is not

KimberPlay is media-player software for Android TV. It plays content from sources you supply — an M3U playlist, an Xtream-compatible account, or a Stalker portal. KimberPlay does not provide, sell, host, index, recommend, or bundle any channels, playlists, subscriptions, or audiovisual content, and it never will.

2. Your sources are your responsibility

You may only load sources you are legally authorized to access. Using KimberPlay to view content you do not have the right to view is a violation of these terms and may be a violation of law. We have no ability to see, filter, or control what your sources contain.

3. The Free tier and KimberPlay Plus

4. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to circumvent license verification, redistribute modified builds of the app, or use the license or telemetry endpoints for anything other than their purpose. We may refuse service to abusive traffic.

5. Copyright / DMCA

KimberPlay hosts no media and cannot remove content from third-party sources it does not control. If you believe the KimberPlay software or website itself infringes your rights, contact support@kimberplay.com with the details and we will respond promptly.

6. No warranty

KimberPlay is provided “as is.” We work hard on reliability, but we don’t warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular source, device, or stream format will work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to KimberPlay is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the version and date at the top change with them, and continued use after that means you accept the new version.
